Capital Business Center
caters in servicing your companies, associations, groups an/or
individual needs throughout the convention center show by working
directly with show managers, exhibitors and vendors to ensure
the best quality of services.
We have Executive Sales Representatives that will work with
the show managers, vendors and exhibitors far in advance of
your scheduled show. They will coordinate all pre-copying jobs,
special copying request during the show, shipping request,
equipment rental needs and arrange special business hours if
needed at Capital Business Center.
Capital Business Center
offers a Master Account for companies, associations
or groups that would like all services to be rendered by the
Capital Business Center. You may designate authorized account
user(s) who have the ability to use the account. Once the authorized
user(s) receives a service, a receipt will be generated and
signed by that user(s) at the end of the show. You will then
be presented with a Master Bill accompanied with copies of
all receipts. To establish a Master Account, contact your Executive
Sales Representative or simply download the Master Account
Form and fax it to our office.
